Keyboard navigation

All our products are compatible with standard keyboard interactions. Take in consideration keyboard navigation patterns may differ between browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

Global keyboard shortcuts

Global keyboard keys shortcuts established for common actions within the product.

Focus indicator: Tab key for navigation, buttons, links, fields, and text.
Navigation order: The order between the navigation is logical and intuitive following the visual flow of the page (left to right, top to bottom, header first, main navigation, page navigation and finally the footer).
Keys interaction:
Tab: Move to the next link, form element or button.
Shift+Tab: Move to the previous link, form element, or button.
Enter: Activate the current link or button.
Space: Check or uncheck a checkbox form element. Will also activate a button that currently has focus.
Up/Down arrow keys: Move between radio buttons, menu links and drop-down lists.
Right/Left arrow keys: Move between menu links or adjust sliders in audio and video plugins.
Escape: Close the current modal dialog or dropdown menu and return focus to the element that spawned it.
